Get a new download link
Bought a kit and lost the email, or the link expired? Enter the email address you used at checkout and we’ll send a fresh link for every kit bought with it. Links work for 30 days.
Downloads
- Free files: the link in your email works for 7 days. After that, request the file again from the same page.
- Kits: the link works for 30 days, and you can get a new one above whenever you like.
- Nothing arrived? Check spam and promotions folders first. Emails come from files@tooboringtowork.com.
- A kit downloads as one zip file. On a phone, open it with the Files app (iPhone) or Files by Google (Android). On a computer, double-click it.
Payment and receipts
Checkout is run by Link, Stripe’s payment service, which is the merchant of record. It handles the payment, any sales tax or VAT, and the receipt. That is why your receipt comes from Link and your card statement shows LINK.COM. The files and the download link come from us.
Refunds
If a kit isn’t what you needed, email hello@tooboringtowork.com within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and we’ll refund you in full. No form and no questions. Once a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working.
File formats
- PDF files are for printing. US editions are Letter size, UK editions A4. Print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”, so the rows stay a usable height.
- Excel files open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice. Each one starts with an Instructions tab. Formula columns are locked so they don’t get overwritten; to change them, use Review → Unprotect Sheet. There is no password.
Using the spreadsheets in Google Sheets
- Go to drive.google.com and sign in.
- Choose New → File upload and pick the .xlsx file.
- Open it, then choose File → Save as Google Sheets.
Dropdowns, formulas and the colour flags should carry over. If something looks wrong after converting, tell us which file and we’ll look at it.
The rules printed on the files
Temperatures and limits come from official sources, which are named on each file and on each template page. They are there for convenience, not as legal advice. Your local rules may differ; where they do, follow them, and write your own limit on the sheet. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we’ll fix the file for everyone.
